Abitazione MM by MENICHETTI+CALDARELLI
A project for a house on two levels, characterized by large openings that immerse the house in the light. The central cantilevered staircase becomes the fulcrum of the project, around which the functions of living are distributed.
The ground floor is characterized by clear lines and cuts in the ceiling for lighting and conditioning, the mortar on the ground makes everything uniform and continuous, the burnished brass decorates the spaces. On the first floor there are the bedrooms and bathrooms, always characterized by dry signs.
