Appartement Saint Paul by Margaux Beja
This redevelopment of an 18th century apartment in the heart of the Marais retains the cachet of the old while mixing contemporary elements. A glass wall separates the living space from the bedroom to allow light to diffuse throughout the apartment. A technical wall (housing the bathroom, toilet, laundry room and dressing room) is hidden behind a solid walnut wall. A choice of raw materials and neutral tones to highlight existing volumes.
