The design of the apartment translates a reduced interpretation of the classic Berlin townhouse. All of its features – including floor-to-ceiling doors – were custom made for this property.

The spacious approx. 312sqm (3,358sqft) large Art Loft is equipped by SWISS PROPERTY with a custom design concept. In accordance with the cool elegance of the façade, special emphasis has been placed on the use of high-quality, light materials and clean lines, to emphasize the natural spaciousness of the high rooms.

The Art Loft Townhouse is across two floors with an east-facing garden and balconies. The garden level consists of a large living and dining area, which benefits from the natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and open layout. The living and dining area opens onto a 100 sqm garden with a generous terrace. On the opposite side of the townhouse, there is a large kitchen, ample storage room and guest bathroom.

On the first floor there is a spacious master suite with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and access to an east-facing balcony. Another bedroom with a private bathroom faces the green atrium. Two further bedrooms across the hall, sharing a bathroom and a balcony, offer themselves for use as guest or children’s rooms.

The sunken lounge area gives a special and unusual charm to the living room. Furthermore, it emphasizes the spaciousness granted by the 3.7 m (12 ft) high ceilings. These high rooms provide an ideal backdrop for an art collection curated. These pieces can be purchased separately upon request.

In addition to ample natural light, a sophisticated lighting concept features fixtures from designers Moltoluce and Niche Modern. The custom kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction stove, oven, steamer, wine cooler and cupboards that open automatically by touch.

The centralized control system is conveniently managed via touch-screen panel and includes a high-security alarm system. Special attention is placed on using the highest quality materials. Precious wood parquet floors and elegant glass surfaces are combined with other precious materials, such as high-quality travertine in the bathrooms. Fixtures from designer Philippe Starck complete the overall theme of luxury.
