House in Kiev is a spacious contemporary home located in Kiev, Ukraine. It was designed by Azovskiy & Pahomova Architects, this comfortable two-level house has a spacious living room, smoothly flowing into the dining room and the kitchen.

Two-storey house for a young modern family. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, smoothly flowing into the dining room and the kitchen. Also on this floor there is an entrance hall, cloakroom, office, storage room and a guest bathroom.

For the walls, ceiling, floor finishing and kitchen fronts we used natural materials: micro-cement and baked board . Central place in the office belongs to the working area, which is located along the window that maximizes the use of natural light. Also in this room is a comfortable sofa and a spacious bookcase. One of the walls covered with special paint, which can be drawn with chalk.

On the first floor there are a master and guest bedrooms, playroom, dressing room, laundry room and two bathrooms. When you get to the first floor, the first thing that stands out is the wall tiles with relief patterns and abundance of wood in the decoration of the walls and floor. The bedroom is made in a minimalistic style and has a large panoramic window. It adjoins the bedroom closet, which flows into the bathroom. The finish of the walls and the floor is also made of micro-cement baked board.

Playroom is made in bright colors with an accent green wall. The same shade is used in bed’s upholstery. The storage system is hidden behind a translucent wall, which is located behind the headboard. Guest room concept is based on a simple geometry, which echoes in many subjects and interior decor.
