Home in Beverly Hills by Gabbay Architects
The house was finished in May of 2009. It is 8800.00 sq ft built on a solid bedrock. The land is 21000.00.
The house was initially to be remodeled, but after 18 months it was decided to be demolished and start from scratch brand new. This contemporary house has a magnificent 270 degrees all green view and the sunset is breathtaking. It has a huge infiniti pool and two ponds. Natural stone, wood and water play a major role every where.
The Hollywood film makers love the house. A segment of few movies and many commercials have been made in this house. The master bedroom is built over the edge of the hill and you can see the entire green hillside from your bed.
The grand living and dining room and kitchen all open to each other and every where and each section is a new story and a new detail. All the windows slide into the wall pockets and once opened you feel one with the nature. Unless you decide to roll down the electric curtains with so many huge glass windows your eye is swimming in the beautiful pool of gorgeous surroundings.
The Movie theater has the latest hi tech sound system and the gym would never let you get bored in this house.
