431 Alamanda by Enrique Feldman
The building is located on a rectangular piece of land facing the street and opposite the water channel, made up of two lateral volumes connected by a bridge. These contain a double-height space, through which each of the environments is integrated, allowing the visual incorporation of the green areas and the water channel with the interior.
Two stone walls on the main façade mark the access and contrast with a large glass window on the opposite façade, in front of which a double-height covered terrace makes the transition between the interior and exterior.
