Apartment 99 by Formaline
Small apartment for young couple located in Lviv on the 10th floor on just 50 m2 (538 ft2). The main customer’s requirement was to integrate breathtaking view on the city into the interior, since it is the main advantage of its location. Among other customer’s wishes were: private sleeping area, storage space, a lot of light and space.
In fact not a big budget encouraged to create spacious, simple, clear interior, in restrained colors not overloaded with details. Not bearing walls allowed significantly improve planning and provide separate volumes: bedroom, bathroom and open space that combined hall, kitchen and living room. The only elements of zoning were suspended dining table and flooring material.
Interior complemented by design elements of Formaline studio (chandelier, textiles).
