YT 9 House by Igor Sirotov Architect
It settles down on the area of 260 sq.m., from them 130 sq.m – the residential zone, the second part – a recreation area. The house is intended for a young family which likes to have a rest outdoors. As well as in all my projects, here I follow style minimalism with emphasis on texture of materials.
The residential zone of the house includes a living room, kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with the fireplace, combined with wardrobe, a bathroom. Before the house there is a recreation area in the open air. The main materials – a tree, decorative plaster, ceramics.
