A home perfectly suited to the demands of a young and growing family, this custom home design in Malvern East ticks all the boxes.

Not afraid to challenge the norm, our clients allowed the design creativity to flow from the Canny design team. From the unique layered front façade, to the un-conventional kitchen island bench fitted with cooktop (a canny first!), we enjoyed every moment or working alongside our clients to deliver a home we can all be proud of.

Four bedrooms, with separate family meals, living and sitting room, the floor plan is cleverly designed to allow for both communal areas, as well as independent living zones. Children transitioning into their teenage years are given their space with the first floor designated to a retreat made up of two bedrooms, television room, bathroom and separate powder room.

Step outdoors to a delightful alfresco area, complete with a stone clad wood burning fireplace. The outdoor swimming pool, water feature and Pool House only further the feeling of resort style luxury, complete with separate bathroom amenities.
