Wooden Box 2 by SPOTLESS ARCHITECTURE
Create an additional floor to the existing apartment, in a light structure and meeting current insulation standards.
The building being located in a very green area, the idea of designing a wooden “cabin” perched in a tree struck us as interesting. The wooden box without any intermediate wall in order to take full advantage of all the space and leave all views free.
We therefore turned to solid wood frame construction for its lightness and thermal quality, while keeping it visible in order to provide a nice touch of warmth.
